REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable and rewarding experience at Painting Hangout. Below is our refund policy to guide you in the event of a cancellation or other changes.

Cancellations:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your class. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as the class, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Shows: Unfortunately, no shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Class Changes:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be issued if the class is canceled.

  • Class Postponement: If a class is postponed, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Bad Weather:

  • Weather Emergencies: Classes will be canceled if a weather emergency is declared or if we determine that road conditions are too unsafe for travel.

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: In the rare case of a class being canceled due to poor weather conditions, a full refund will be issued to all registered guests.
