What is Painting Hangout?
Painting Hangout is a fun painting place for you, your friends, and your family to enjoy. Whether it’s your birthday or graduation, let us host your painting and BYOB class for an unforgettable time!
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer three types of classes:
- Open Classes: Public sessions where anyone can join.
- Private Classes: Exclusive sessions for your group.
- Mobile Classes: We bring the painting experience to your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other major payment methods. Payment is required to guarantee your reservation.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our events are designed for adults 18 and up. However, children aged 8 and up may attend if accompanied by an adult. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

Class Details

Can we customize our event?
Absolutely! We’re flexible and can tailor the experience to suit your preferences, whether it’s choosing specific artwork, adjusting the class duration, or accommodating any special requests.
Do you provide all the painting materials?
Yes, we provide all the supplies, including paint, canvas, smock, paint brushes, water for the paint, and more. All you need to bring is your creativity!
What kind of paintings can we choose from?
We have a wall of art that you can choose from, or you can bring your own design. Just show us the design in advance, and as long as it's appropriate, we can accommodate it.
How long do the classes typically last?
Our classes typically last 3 hours. However, we can also accommodate your needs upon request.
When should I arrive for the class?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to prepare and settle in with your items.
What should I wear?
Wear anything comfortable. We provide smocks to protect your clothing, but we cannot guarantee that paint won’t get on your clothes.

Booking & Policies

Is Painting Hangout BYOB?
Yes, our events are BYOB. You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including wine, beer, or soft drinks.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food to the event, and we have space for you to place it.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the event date. Same-day cancellations will receive 50% of the total amount. No-shows will not receive a refund.
What is the minimum and maximum group size for classes?
- Open Classes: Up to 24 people.
- Private Classes: Minimum 10, maximum 24 people.
- Mobile Classes: Minimum 14, maximum 100 people.
What health and safety measures are in place?
We are committed to providing a safe environment for all guests. Please follow our health and safety guidelines during your visit.

Weather and Emergencies

What happens in case of bad weather?
Classes will be canceled if a weather emergency is declared or if we determine that road conditions are too unsafe for travel. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all registered guests.
What if the class is postponed or the artist is changed?
We reserve the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in advance, and refunds will be issued if necessary.
